SPECS Online: How to Order Online
Step 1: RegisterYou may register from the home page by clicking on Customer Login. If you do not register at customer login, you may shop anyway, but when you add the first item to your shopping cart you will be asked to register. Please fill in valid information as you order can not be filled otherwise.

You will be asked to verify the information. It is especially important that your email address and phone number be correct in case there is a problem with your order.

Our web site will attempt to remember you from previous visits and log you in automatically. Sometimes we are incorrect in identifying you if this happens, you simply click on the link that says this is not you and register normally.

Step 2: Shop
or press ENTER.

Step 3: Check Out

You will then be presented with the shipping information page. This information will initially be the same as your registration information but you may change it for gift delivery or other alternate delivery addresses. If you intend to pick up your order at the Downtown store you may just click Check-Out and go on.

Next you will be presented with a terms and conditions of sales agreement. You should read this and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the OK. You must click OK to proceed.

You will now see a summary of your purchases. At this point you will see your various shipping options. This screen will default to Pick Up. This means you plan to pick the items up at our main location at 2410 Smith, Houston, Texas.

If this is not the case you should select one of the available delivery options, The delivery charge will be calculated and displayed.

If all is in order you may now click Buy Now to enter your payment information. Your order is not completed until the payment information is entered.

Once the payment information has been entered and you have verified it to be correct you may click Complete Purchase. Your order has now been submitted. To make changes form this point you must contact our customer service department by phone at 713-526-8787 or 1-888-526-8787.
Step 4: Follow UpYou may also look at the status of any recent orders by clicking on the Current Orders selection on the home page. Past orders may be viewd by clicking the Order History selection also found in the lower right hand side of the home page.
